Offering support for ex-service personnel and veterans of foreign wars; members and their families; and the community. Advising the government on defence and safety matters and informing our children of the sacrifices that other Australians have made for them. This is encapsulated in the commemoration of ANZAC Day and Remembrance Day each year.

Main activities: Sponsor T.S. Coral Sea Navel Cadets - M.I section, ANZAC Day art award (MISS), support choral singers, Tuesday Club, Latin dance class, Best Student Bursary (MISS) and other worthwhile projects.

Meetings held: RSL Hall, last Tuesday of the month

Wish list: To be successful in assuring that the community on the Island maintains ANZAC Day and Remembrance Day.
