I'll stand with you Pat, 251 metres away from the glowing thing, and yell obscenities 'til I'm blue in the face. Of course there will probably be some plastic raincoat wa*ker from A*IO sniffing around us and we won't be able to talk about that one to anyone. Ain't it a beautiful world?

For Charlie and everyone , my phone no. is 04398391212, the more the merrier. When they came in last time we greens handed out leaflets and talked to the yanks in Flinders st east. # admitted the amphibs were carrying DU ammo for harriers, bardleys and apaches. I was interviewed by 2 very serious yanks who would not give their names . They said during the coversation that "we are happy for you to have your protests but..." when I cut them off and said "I'm glad you said that because its our country" . I told them that if there were any protests they would be peaceful. So, lets have one, we have 24 hours (laugh). In addition to the above letter, I say, good old maggie times!!!!! And, I am sick of hearing the argument about yank money. Think about it, is 30 peices of silver a good trade for non proliferation principles and the saftey of our community?, I say to the public that even a street walking prostitute (Kings Cross- they're smarter down there)has more morals, more principles and more common sense than that. Timely information from David Bradbury in the form of a documentary film "Blowin' in the wind" which should inform and infuriate. David found out last year the Australian government had done a secret deal with the US enabling them to test military weapons with "depleted" uranium here. This film examines the repercussions for the health of the land, sea and people who live in proximity to the testing areas, among some of Australia's most pristine environments. Blowin' in the wind is on at Dendy cinemas around the country from Thurs 27th for a limited time. Good luck with the protest from those of us who can't be there.

As a member of the colilition of willing activists , I say that nothing, no document, no treaty, no inspection will disprove the argument that this vessel is carrying WMD's . We must, therefore , call on the government of this nation to join with others and invade America to steal their oil and give their militias control of the streets .

THE sooner the better the Great leader of ours the Honerable JOHN HOWARD brings in the new anti terror LAWS in THE BETTER. I would then love to see this insane terrorist known as PAT COLEMAN taken away and flogged. NEVER to return again. I speak for all......YOU COLEMAN are a danger to society (with all your outlandish views) and you should be made to 'cease to exist' so that you do NO MORE damage to the good citizens of AUSTRALIA. Show some respect to the USA and their leader: The ONE AND ONLY George W BUSH (the greatest leader this world has ever seen). Stop this stupidity and rejoice that the nuclear power exists and that we are so honoured to have such power here in Townsville. I will expect you PAT COLEMAN now to write and apologise for the stupid views that you have expressed in the past and then and ONLY THEN you might have a chance of remaining a free man in society. Great work Pat & others. Solidarity from all whom I know are with you on this issue in Melbourne, Sydney, Hobart, Adelaide and Perth! Sent to Channel 7's Sunrise program (and I borrowed your references): The visiting USS Reagan is likely carrying WMDs. As part of your keen reporting on this vessel during the past week you should exercise your duty to inform the public of such things. You'd then see the true extent of a peaceful outcry. President Bush himself recently stated "The world cannot be put in a position where we can be blackmailed by a nuclear weapon," (Kansas State University, 23 Jan, 2006). This ship is not only carrying two nuclear reactors, (as are other US vessels defying Australian nuclear free zones including Townsville) but also BGM 109A Tomahawk Cruise Missiles designed to carry W80-0 nuclear warheads. NATO states that these weapons, with a yield of over 150 kilotons and fuelled by super grade plutonium(1) are not in the removed category(2) as part of their reduced nuclear posture. Their being carried on this ship not only makes our ports of stay tracked nuclear targets but continues the double standards and is un-Australian to a degree that defies comprehension. Chippy Kahu You must be crazy, I am with Pat on this do you not realise he is trying to stop any terrorist activity that could happen due to these ships coming into Australian waters. I do not understand how you can call Pat a terrorist? Possibly you should look at yourself, especially since you seem fanatical about Johnny & George SHOW SOME RESPECT TO THOSE WHO REALLY CARE ABOUT AUSTRALIA, ESPECIALLY ITS FIRST INHABITANTS
