In the early 1990s, Island artist, Gavin Ryan draw cartoon covers for The Magneto - a community paper which is, sadly, now defunct. Magnetic Times takes great pleasure in reproducing, over coming weeks, images that shocked and amused Islanders from those times and provide an insight into how much has changed and how much has remained the same.
