Magnetic Island Musos Club is running a week late this month following the Palm Creek Festival but with lots of visitors on Magnetic, a birthday, the return of "Tailor Made" and some out-there digital percussion and synthesising in the mix, this Saturday night looks likely to be on of those gigs that, like so many at Musos Club, just takes off!

For locals and visitors who were not aware, Magnetic Island Musos' Club has been postponed from its usual date/time fixture which would have been tonight, being the second Saturday of the month, until next Saturday so as not to clash with the Palm Creek Festival.

This Saturday (October 10) will make a return to normalcy of sorts with the Magnetic Island Musos Club back on stage at the RSL after some away gigs during the month and a bit that was Bay Days. What isn't so normal is that one of the acts will include, yours truly, as a singer/player, rather that as MC wearing a silly silver hat! Fortunately I will be accompanied by a superb harmonica player – one of Magnetic's better kept musical secrets – Mr Niels Koelman.
